Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product managers to establish yourself as a trusted advisor Act as a skilled liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders to extract, gather, analyze, document, communicate, and validate requirements to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business objectives Translate your insights and analysis into consumable, engineering-focused documentation to emphasize the 'why' and 'what,' ensuring that the captured information is oriented towards delivering maximum business value Understand our tools and the best ways to customize them to support our risk-focused business process workflows

Skills You Bring: 5-10 years of experience in financial asset management and technology, ideally working with: Data Analytics Data Operations Data Management Performance Trade Operations Portfolio Management

Strong understanding of Financial Data sets, Data Analysis and Data Management skills Demonstrate the ability to rapidly assimilate modern technology and technical concepts. Proven experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including seasoned engineers, to deliver exceptional products and solutions Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills by conveying complex product details effortlessly to diverse audiences, fostering clarity and understanding Familiarity with Jira, Git, Miro, ETL tools, and experience in SQL, data comparison and Data analysis

Nice to Haves: Experience with Jira and Confluence Work directly with end users to understand workflows and needs Involved in implementation of Data Analytics platforms using Snowflake TPA technologies
