Key Responsibilities

Contract Negotiation and Management:

• Negotiate, draft, and execute contracts, with a primary focus on leases, vendor agreements, and employment contracts.
• Provide legal support for managed service agreements.
• Payor Agreement Oversight:
• Assist in organizing and monitoring payor agreements to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Legal Guidance:

• Offer sound legal counsel to support corporate goals and mitigate risks.
• Document Organization:
• Maintain a well-organized contract repository and ensure timely renewal and compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Licensed attorney with strong experience in contract negotiation and organization.
• Familiarity with leases, employment law, and managed service agreements is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a flexible, part-time schedule.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Preferred: Looking to re-enter the legal field after a career pause and seeking a flexible work arrangement.
