This is a traditional practice model where the pediatricians care for newborns through teens primarily in the outpatient setting.

Replace a retiring Physician.

Hospital responsibilities are shared equally between the pediatricians and include presence at deliveries and C-sections only when there is a concern, inpatient rounding and providing ED consults.

Teaching opportunities in collaboration with local medical schools.
