Point of Sale(POS) QA with Automation Testing(Onsite)

Onsite Location : Goodlettsville, TN

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 6-9 years of experience in software testing.

• Proficiency in software testing methodologies, including experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Expertise in Retail-POS, Robot Test Framework, Python & Java

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues promptly

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure consistent quality standards and timely project delivery.
• Conduct hands-on testing to ensure product quality.
• Develop automated scripts and maintain regression scripts
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the final product meets expectations.
• Lead a specific pod within the QA organization, ensuring it meets quality and delivery targets.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within the pod and monitor its performance
