About The Role:
+ As a CBRE Real Estate Manager you will assist in leading all aspects of a large Class A Office property in Culver City, coordinating all marketing, operations, and financial activities.
What You'll Do:
+ Respond to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
+ Ensure periodic regular property inspection and recommend alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as needed. Contract for and oversee vendor services.
+ At owner's discretion, market and lease the property, qualifying and showing space to prospective tenants, and negotiating new leases and lease renewals. Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and "walk-through" spaces with tenants and tenant improvement department and acts as primary contact with property owners to ensure that objectives as being met.
+ Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses, forecast management plans, and prepare monthly performance, explaining variances.
+ Collect rent and pays expenses per lease terms, prepares all required legal notices and recommends and coordinates legal action as needed, and reviews and reconciles tenant rent and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) recovery charges.
+ Negotiate early terminations of leases, provides lease analysis for client's review and approval and documents settlement of and notifies affected parties.
+ Support all property sales by coordinating due diligence process and coordinating with outside brokers.
+ Develop business relationships through membership and participations in professional, industry/trade and civic organizations.
+ Provide formal supervision to individual employees, mentor and coach team members, and model behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

+ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of four to six years of related experience and/or training. Real estate license required. CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information and respond effectively to critical issues.
+ Requires developed knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts high level financial analysis.
+ Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret intricate documents. Ability to resolve problems involving several options in situations.
+ Intermediate to expert skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Real Estate Manager position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Real Estate Manager position is $100,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
