Job Description:
The Network Sr. Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible for supporting all union related total rewards analysis and recommendations, to include attendance and participation on all union negotiation steering committee meetings and off-cycle analysis related to unions across the network. This role may also support total rewards analysis that may not be union related.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience from which such knowledge and skills would be acquired. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), and/or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) highly desirable.
Experience:
5-7 years experience in a Total Rewards specialty with a thorough knowledge of Compensation, Benefits, and/or Retirement.
