Job Summary
Local Non-Profit in Westlake, OH seeking an On-site Social Media Creator to join our team! In this role you will work with our Team in researching and turning content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions. A deep interest in current social media trends is required to be successful in this role.
Remote candidates will not be considered.

Responsibilities
Communicate recommendations to optimize social media marketing strategy for improving performance
Continuous interaction with posts, messages, and inquiries
Create content designed specifically for each platform designed to improve follower engagement & increase revenue/donations
Create reports that show the progress and outcomes of social media campaigns
Manage and maintain a living social media calendar
Monitor social media trends with an eye for implementing them within the current marketing campaign
Work closely with other teams as needed to ensure brand consistency
Work closely with the rest of the social media team to stay on-brand and maintain an accurate voice across all platforms at all times.

Qualifications
Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content.
Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags and engagement strategies.
Experience working with computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite, photo editing software, Canva and video editing software.
Proven experience in creating engaging content.
Strong familiarity with all major social media platforms, including understanding social media trends
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team with confidence in abilities
